Jacked Game Variations & Jacked Scoring
The best part about Getting Jacked, is now that we have slope variations — you can use your own Creativity to come up with any games & scoring variations you want ! You can increase the difficulty by increasing the slope, and/or compound slope. Even which side you throw from (right or left) changes the difficulty. So, use the slopes to create challenging game progressions, or create handicaps for “better” players to even the odds a bit.
Be creative, and enjoy! Below are a few ideas to get you started.
Fixed Orientations : Play an entire match in one sloped orientation
Standard
In any game with any side slope, one player from each team throws to the high side of the slope (more difficult approach angle).
High Side Handicap
To even the odds a bit, both players from the more “skilled” team throw to the high side of the slope.
Equalizer Handicap
- Both players from the same team throw to the same board.
- To even the odds a bit, the more “skilled” team throws to a more difficult slope. orientation.
Progressive Orientations
Defined Progression
- Change the slope orientation at defined point levels.
- Both players from the same team throw to the same board.
0-7 pts : level 1 difficulty (you decide the levels)
8-14 pts : level 2 difficulty
15-21 pts : level 3 difficulty

Wild Cards -- invoked when a team trails by xx deficit
Double or Nothin
Deficit : at least 10 points
- In any game with any side slope, the trailing team can choose to have both team members throw to the high side of the slope (more difficult approach angle), and receive double point values for the remainder of the match.
- In any fixed orientation game, the trailing team can choose to change their board to a more difficult slope orientation, and receive double point values for the remainder of the match. Both players from the same team shift to throw to the same board (if they weren’t already).
Take That
Deficit : at least 10 points
In any fixed orientation game, the trailing team can force the leading team to change their board to a more difficult slope orientation. The trailing team’s board remains at it’s original orientation for the remainder of the match. Both players from the same team shift to throw to the same board (if they weren’t already).
Jack You
Deficit : at least 15 points
In any game variation, the trailing team can force the leading team to change their board to a Level 3, most difficult slope orientation. The trailing team’s board remains at it’s original orientation for the remainder of the match. Both players from the same team shift to throw to the same board (if they weren’t already).
